Due to the nature of DIAMETER products, and to minimize waste, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  All products are made to order; returns/refunds/exchanges will not be accepted.  Please be sure to order correctly as no changes can be made after checkout. If you decide it just doesn't work out for you, keep it FULLCIRCLE and consider passing it along to someone new :)

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the wrong item is received or the item is damaged.  We will then evaluate the issue and take care of it.
